When sending out a voicemail campaign, one of the best things you can do to ensure your voicemails reach only the consumers they’re supposed to, is to set campaign restrictions. DirectDrop Voicemail’s restrictions allow you to limit contact frequency, prevent contacting certain geographical locations, and avoid individual numbers altogether.
Frequency Restriction
This restricts the number of times an individual number can be submitted within a defined time and (optionally) a geographical region.
Geographical Restriction
Using this prohibits contact of any numbers within a US state, including the state determined by area code or any additional zip code data.
Individual Restriction
Utilizing this restriction allows you to prohibit contact of a single phone number.
